Opening Night, Photo Blog Edition

Final dress: the fun-loving Elizabeth Proctor
Actually our final dress rehearsal coincided with the lovely Karen Novack's birthday, so Emily, who works at a bakery in the daytime, decided to secretly bake a cake and give it to her at bows after the show.
We took the cake backstage and then at a designated cue line, hurriedly lit all the candles.
Elizabeth Proctor may be sentenced as a witch, but at least she has cake!
Passing the time backstage...I learned how to make an origami crane!

OPENING NIGHT!
"Why, you cannot be Rebecca Nurse?"
Secretly Elizabeth and Abby are totally fine with sharing a husband
Stage manager Christina's reaction when I said "Opening night pose!"
I love only having one costume all show!
I'd been meaning to take a picture of this...the only thing I dislike about Ireland: separate faucets everywhere! So either you burn or freeze your hands. Where's the logic, Ireland?
Tituba and Ann Putnam look like they could be in a pie ad
I had to get a pic with our Galway girls in costume...I'm gonna miss them after this week is over!
An opening night gift from Emily's mom

That's all the pictures I have from opening night, but yesterday we took a day trip to the Cliffs of Moher and got some awesome photos, so I will have another blog up here as soon as I sort through those. Hope you're all having a good week!
Cheers!
Sarah
